If there’s anything influencing the red carpet in recent times it is undoubtedly conscious fashion. While some celebrities have been adorning sustainable fashion for public appearances for a while now, the number keeps increasing. Whether it’s vintage ensembles, upcycled pieces or recycled ones, it seems like the wave of sustainable outfits on the red carpet is here to stay.
Recently, at the premiere of the upcoming Angelina Jolie-starrer Eternals, it was her children that made a conscious statement. Most notably, her daughters Zahara and Shiloh were spotted in outfits from the actor’s wardrobe. While 16-year-old Zahara wore an embellished Elie Saab gown sported by the actor at the 2014 Oscars, 15-year-old Shiloh opted for an upgraded version of a Gabriela Hearst poplin dress that Jolie wore recently at a public event. They were accompanied by siblings Maddox, Vivienne, and Knox as well.

Jolie herself wore a khaki gown over trousers from Balmain and finished the look with vintage jewellery from Tiffany & Co. 'My kids are all mixed with vintage, and in my old Oscars dress. We did all vintage and upcycled my old stuff,' she told Entertainment Tonight.
